In order
to protect the homeowner, InterNACHI will pay up to US $10,000.00 (maximum
collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property
lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and
stolen by a member of who had displayed the Honor Guarantee webseal (below)
on his/her inspection business website and was convicted of or pled guilty
(or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking
of the personal property.

I have successfully passed InterNACHI's Inspector Examination, taken a
Standards of Practice Quiz, completed a Code of Ethics Course, adhere
to Standards of Practice, abide by a Code of Ethics, attend required continuing
education courses, and are InterNACHI Certified.
As a
member in good standing with the National Association of Home Inspectors
I must continue my education by taking 24 hours of continuing education
per year. I average over 60 hours of continuing education per year with
an average pass rate of 97% on each class.
