Buying a home may be the biggest single investment
you will ever make. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected
difficulties, you will want to learn as much as you can about the
house before you buy it. A home inspection may identify the need
for major repairs or safety issues, as well as the need for maintenance
to keep it in good shape. After the inspection, you will know more
about the structure and mechanical systems which will allow you
to make decisions with confidence.
If you already own a home, a home inspection can
identify problems in the making and suggest preventive measures
that might help you avoid costly future repairs.
If you are planning to sell your home, a home
inspection can give you the opportunity to make repairs that will
put the house in better selling condition.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.
Unlike most professionals you probably will not get to meet me until
after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying
qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes,
even different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection
requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends
heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you honor me
by permitting me to inspect your new or current home, I guarantee
that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
Only one inspection per day is scheduled to allow full attention
to be given to each client. We can schedule inspections six days
a week. No Sunday inspections will be scheduled so we can attend
church. Any questions or issues that may come up on the day of the
inspection or later days will be addressed completely and to your
full satisfaction.
As an added benefit Integrity Home Inspection Service LLC
will issue an easy to understand, complete and accurate report which
includes pictures and explanations of what was inspected, was not
inspected and why, and any issues found. A summary in the back of
the report will highlight specific issues found and will identify
if they are satisfactory, need attention, or need immediate action.
This allows the client to have a full understanding of what problems
may or may not exist.
